Butt Blaster:
8 x 85 lbs 3 sets
Hip Adductor:
8 x 200 lbs 3 sets
Leg Press:
6 x 180 lbs 3 sets
Hip Abductor:
8 x 200 lbs 3 sets
I hate working out in the middle of the day – I hate having to take another shower, wash off and then reapply all my make up….but, a friend wants to hang out tonight and I’m pretty proud of myself for getting it done. At one point in time I would have just skipped working out, but I have too much I’m trying to accomplish to let that slide.
