Work from home for my job has (unofficially) been extended until September, so I am taking this opportunity to kick off a 3-month intense self-improvement project. It is named after the heroine (or villain, depending on how you play) of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, because she is the baddest ass female video game lead I have ever seen.

The goal of Project Kassandra is not just to improve my physique, but to craft my life and my person into someone I am proud of being. I want to envision my ideal life, and then work to create that reality.

Here is what needs to happen:

1) Physique:
a) Bed at 11, wake up at 6 M-F
b) Morning workout – can be anywhere from 5-45 minutes, but it must be something. All options are on the table – Centr, bike ride, walk, boxing, archery.
c) All Apple Watch rings closed for the next 3 months, every day.
d) Complete the Centr 6 workout, then complete the Unleashed workout. (Note: If Unleashed really sucks, it’s ok to repeat Centr 6.)
e) 3 months of no cheating on Keto/Atkins. I’ve done 6 months before, this should be entirely possible.

Mental:
a) Work towards a certification in Docker. Some time every day (roughly 1-2 hours) will be dedicated to studying.
b) Learn a language. Most likely Czech, but I will have the option to switch to either Swedish or re-learning Spanish. Some practice every day, but no time box on it. Just a minimum of a few minutes on Duo Lingo.
c) Read more books, spend less time on social media. Reddit is Ok, Facebook is not! However, Reddit should be curated to be more useful information focused.
e) Regular blogging and updates on progress here.
f) There will be NO WEIGHT-BASED GOAL.

Time with Animals:
a) More regular trips to the park as weather & Jester’s health allows
b) Regular brushing & care of their things (i.e. Nick’s water fountain, washing dog beds even though it’s a huge PITA.)
c) More play time

Work:
a) Create a project list to help me stay focused on being productive
b) Be more involved in things; do not skip meetings
c) Keep up with all data tracking for support, customer issues, etc. – have numbers ready at a glance.
d) Work on time management; goal is long stretches of productivity and getting things accomplished.

Personality:
a) Finally read all of the Charisma Myth
b) Read 1-2 self improvement books
c) Focus more on listening than talking

This will be adjusted if work from home does not in fact continue through September, but I deeply hope that it does!
