What went well:
*Healthy eating
*No treats! Temptation was strong, especially Monday night when I went to get my prescription. Lots of sugar-free candy.
*4 Before-work workouts
*Being able to skip one day was nice, but I ended up not working out that day at all. Partially due to work being super busy, this was the work week from hell. I almost missed on Friday, but I dragged myself there because I didn’t want to fail the sprint!
*1 Weekend workout
*Buying the Scoop was a great idea. I like it much better than the pedals and can see myself using it more regularly. It helped me not be a total slug all weekend.
What did not go well:
*4 Barn visits
*I’m really disappointed I did not do this one. I really need to make this a commitment going forward. Work is not more important than my pony time.
*Taking vitamins
*It was hard to remember! I had some success with taking them at lunch rather than at dinner.
*One weekend yoga session of 10 minutes
*My Saturday was super busy with my lesson with Anna and then a clinic in Driftwood. I think this would be doable on a less busy weekend, but I am willing to drop it if I fail it again.
Changing for Next Sprint:
*Added a daily blog as a daily stand up.
*Since it’s written I can’t time box it to 15 minutes, but I intend for it to be short & sweet.
*Cook two dinners in advance
*Leftovers make life so much easier.
*Starting a specific workout program
*Just kind of did whatever this week but I prefer something more structured
