Current Weight: 266.4
Loss: -1.2 lbs

What went well:
*Healthy eating
*I succumbed to keto treats on Sunday – I was still recovering and felt like it would be ok. It was not. Also, I had questioned if ordering a treat from door dash as part of a meal (like the low carb cheesecake from cheesecake factory) counted as a treat, or if it just counted if I bought a treat separately. It counts both ways. I also had a dinner out with my best foodie friend, and yeah, caution was thrown to the wind. But I ate healthy the rest of the week so I’m still counting this as eating well.
*4 Before-work workouts
*Interesting thing; I noticed in Sprint 2 I said that I liked being able to skip one early day, but the day I skipped I ended up not working out at all. Same thing happened this time! Now I’m not opposed to rest days, but I do feel they need SOME kind of movement. There’s no excuse for being a slug.
*1 Weekend workout
*I will say again buying the Scoop was an awesome idea. I switched where I sit when I use it – now on a stool instead of the couch – and it made a big difference in comfort and made the workout more challenging.
*Daily Standup on Blog
*I skipped a day or two, but overall I really felt like this helped me.

What did not go well:
*4 Barn visits
*I’m really disappointed I did not do this one. I was even shamed by Barn Owner. Going forward, this is priority #1.
*Taking vitamins
*This was a LOT better this week, and I feel like next week I’ll have the habit solidified.
*One weekend yoga session of 10 minutes
*I really want to try doing yoga before I ride, but man it’s hard to get out of bed on Saturdays.

Changing for Next Sprint:
*Close all Apple Watch rings every day
*hopefully this will prevent having a completely lazy day
*Plentity M-F
*Weekend activities make it hard to take it properly
*Barn visits are #1 priority

Quote of the week

"People ask me what I do in the winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I stare out the window and wait for spring."
