I feel pretty positive today, which is nice – whatever blackened my mood seems to have cleared for now. I got to the gym a little later than I wanted to this morning (like 5:50 or so), got through my workout, and was taking my sweet ass time getting ready – hot tub, washed my hair, shaved my legs – then I looked down at my watch and realized it was 7:42, I was bare-ass naked, and my first meeting was at 8. Whoops. I was only 5 minutes late and it was a large meeting so my lateness was not noticed thankfully, but then a shit ton of work got dumped on me so today is going to be a busy day.
I had a thought today that the point of this whole project is to figure out what works for me to make forward progress with getting the body I want and I haven’t really been approaching it like that. It’s supposed to be experimental, and I really should not be failing as many sprint items as I have been, or I should be adjusting them to something different. Like, I really WANT to do a 10 minute yoga session on the weekend, but I have not done it once – so either I make it a priority to do or I just accept I’m not going to do it. By the end of this, or hopefully sooner, I should have a solid project plan for efficient progress!
