Weight: No Weigh May

What Went Well:
*Barn Visits! I made it out there 4 times, I think it might even have been 5. I feel really good about that!
*4 Before Work workouts – switched back to Centr. I am full of regret, but it feels so good. 🙂
*Close all Apple Watch Rings – Since my day to not do a before-work workout still required a Center Workout, I got something done.
*Don’t Weigh in – Originally this was supposed to be don’t weigh in until today, but No Weigh May turned out to be a great idea. I was surprised at the emotional ups & downs – one day I was sure I’d lost 10 lbs in the last 2 days, one day I was sure I’d gained 20. But I feel like overall its been good for me.
*Healthy Eating & no Keto Treats – oh man, there were for sure some moments, standing in front of the ice cream aisle and looking at those keto ice cream sandwiches….but I did not touch a single one!
*Changing Vyvanse schedule – so far, I think I like this and will keep it.

What did not go well:
*I included a sprint item that said do two 45 min. Workouts M-F. That was a stupid, stupid idea considering I went back to Centr.
*I’m giving up on Plentity. It just doesn’t seem to work for me.

Changing for next sprint:
*No Plentity, and no double workout requirements.
* I noticed I forgot to do a retrospective for the last couple of sprints – whoops! Will make sure to add it going forward.

Overall I think this is one of the best sprints I’ve had so far!
