This was a hard-won .4 pounds and I am happy with it. At one point, after going to dinner with friends and eating a metric shit ton, I was up to to 275! So to have any loss at all is great. I had some epic moments – not binging after my first day in the office was a huge highlight, and overall I made better, more thoughtful choices. I feel pretty optimistic – we’re getting there! I also think Centr Ignite is going to get me some really good results for the next 6 weeks – I just have to find time for it with my schedule.
Things that went well:
Close all Apple Watch rings every day
4 Barn visits
Start Centr Power* (I decided to go with Ignite instead)
Log Meds Every day
Things that did not go well:
1 door dash order (I’m definitely not at a place where this is realistic)
1 10 minute yoga session (I swear I’m going to make this a habit!)
80 oz of water per day (I missed one day but did really good otherwise)
Overall, I feel like this was a great sprint 1!
