I don’t want to say this Sprint went poorly, because I think I made some solid efforts, but I was definitely overambitious in terms of what I’m physically capable of. Between the new job, still feeling somewhat weak/tired from Covid, and the blistering heat, I’m just not able to workout twice a day and I guess that has to be okay for while. I also pulled a muscle or did something crazy to my left hip, to the point where it’s woken me up a few times in pain, so yeah. Gotta take it easy.
At least my eating has improved by leaps & bounds, and I think I’m going to add some mindful eating goals to the next sprint. There are two cheat meals planned this week, but my goal is to not treat them like epic free-for-alls. We’ll see how that works out ๐
