Wow….you know, I always feel like I am making no progress, and then I see that I lost over 3 pounds in a week! Shit man, that’s awesome.

Taking Vyvanse every day has gone well. The mood stabilization is wearing off a bit (which is normal) but I haven’t gone into a sneaky depression spiral, just had a few down moments which is sad. It also occurred to me that probably the onset of depression and anxiety is linked to removing food as an emotional crutch…who knew?? But I guess I just have to ride this out and it will get better….hopefully. I am really wanting to ramp up the exercise intensity, which is good! I miss weight lifting at 5am….sort of.

Also, funny thing – for months I have had do a 10 minute yoga session in my sprint, and I never do it. I finally gave up and took it off….and last week I did it. Go figure. I’m putting it back on there, damn it!

What worked well this sprint:
Weigh/measure
Fill all Apple Watch rings every day
Practice mindful eating
Exercise every day
4 barn visits
Log medication every day

What didn’t work:
Explore walking trail at work (I ended up working from home all week)
