All right, we’re getting back to things for the end of the year.

I’m going to do a 2-day mini sprint for today & tomorrow; then I’ll kick off a full sprint on Saturday. I want to finish this year with a huge bang!

Some things to catch up on:

I’m down 33 lbs since September due to a new medication I’m taking.

I’m still considering gastric sleeve surgery as an alternative to the medication.

Either way, I want to do some serious work to repair my relationship to food.

I want to use this month to set up 2023 to be an amazing year.
