Bruce Lee Weight Workout #2

1.4 mile walk

Man, I was a lazy slob today – didn’t get out of bed until 8:30, was literally finishing my ab workout during my 9:30 meeting, and had to do a shorter walk at 11:30. But it’s the first week and I have to remember to slide into it – expecting absolute perfection out of the gate is a surefire way to burn out, injure myself, or both.

In super exciting news, I’ve been hovering close to 50 lbs lost for MONTHS and just not able to cross the threshold. Starting the last week of April I had a serious talk with myself and a harsh look at my habits and made the decision to go back to keto and get serious about exercising (hence the triathlon.) WELL GUESS WHO IS DOWN 51 LBS AS OF TODAY!? THAT’S RIGHT MEEEEEE!!!! I honestly could not tell you the last time I weighed less than 225….certainly I could not tell you the last time I was happy about it, lol. But I feel pretty good so far – I know it’s only been the first week, but I don’t feel like I’m pushing myself too hard or doing more than I can handle. We’ll see what this feel like on week 10, but so far so good.
