My biking time went down a bit, which bummed out, until I realized that I started using the “Hills” program on the bike – not with super huge hills or anything, but probably enough of a change to slow me down a bit, which made me feel better. Today I biked 7.87 miles in 44 minutes, and Google Bard says it will take me 55.56 minutes to bike 10 miles:

We know that your speed is 7.87 miles per 44 minutes, so we can plug these values into the formula to get:

Granted, I am still wussing out by using the assault bike, and I really need to transition to at least an upright bike, but….I don’t wanna. Forget about biking outside. My poor bike still sits dusty & flat-tired on my balcony. I should probably take it into the shop and get a tune up….
