3 sets of 4 x 25 lbs
Cable Lat Pulldowns:
3 sets of 4 x 110 lbs
Shoulder Circles:
2 sets forward/back 30 seconds
Cable Chest Press:
3 sets of 4 x 60 lbs
Tricep Extensions:
3 sets of 4 x 6 (no idea what “6” represents, it’s definitely not 60 lbs.)
Last workout with my work buddy for a while because she’s traveling for the next two weeks, which is very sad. She’s fun to work out with and we always have really good talks.
