I forgot my gym has a body composition scale until I noticed someone using it last night.

6/5/2019 Weigh-in:

Notes: Fully clothed, but barefoot. Approximately 9:15pm

Weight: 310.9
Muscle Mass: 83.1 lbs
Percent Body Fat: 52.3%

I don’t like to set hard goals but I do want to track progress so this will work. I don’t think this is super accurate, but I think it’s good enough to measure consistent improvement.

I’d also like to tackle at least two things from my Milestone List.
