5 min. elliptical warmup

Bench Press:
3 sets 4 x 100 lbs

Lat Pull Downs:
1 set 4 x 120
2 sets 4 x 115

Arnold’s:
3 sets 4 x 25 lbs (PR!)

Revers Fly’s:
1 set 4 x 65
1 set 4 x 60
1 set 4 x 50

So, figured I’d try to go heavy on every exercise for 4 reps as a baseline, and then see if I could push these numbers up over the course of the summer. The good news is I’m super pleased with everything, especially the Arnold’s (never done 25 lbs before!). The only one that was off was the fly’s, the machine just felt like the weight was not calibrated right, like 50 was too light but 65 was way heavier….IDK, that one will bear repeating.


The downside is I went so heavy on the bench press & Arnold’s I got a little nauseous and did not do all the exercises I wanted to…which is probably due to re-starting Vyvanse. I know that sounds awful, but it’s a minor side effect that will go away after a few days. I wanted to at least do some triceps too but they will just have to wait.
